A Taste of France in Fargo

Nichole's Fine Pastry & Café is serving up French classics in the downtown Fargo area.

Nichole Hensen opened Nichole's Fine Pastry in 2003 after being inspired by different culinary experiences during her various travels. After attending the Culinary Institute of America, she opened the café where she is also the head baker.

The café offers both brunch and lunch options for both dine in and takeout.

For their lunch and brunch options, they have various quiches, sandwiches, soups and more.

From croissants, napoleons, mini cakes, cinnamon rolls, cookies & more, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The atmosphere in the café makes it the perfect place for students to hang out and do their homework while enjoying a treat and some coffee.

Nichole's Fine Pastry & Café is open from 10am-6pm every Tues-Sat.
