In french: Gratin de pâtes au lard et épinards. This delicious meal will be your new go to dish!

Baked Bacon and Spinach Pasta / Gratin de pâtes au lard et épinards
Total time: 55 minutes
Ingredients
500g tagliatelle noodles
250g of thick cut bacon
1 cup crème fraîche
pepper
salt
shredded cheese
250g spinach
1 egg yolk
Section 2: Add Numbered Directions
Cook the pasta and put half into a casserole dish
Place the cooked spinach on the pasta
Cook the bacon, then place them on top of the spinach and pasta
Put on the second layer of pasta on top
Prepare the sauce: mix together the egg yolk with the crème fraîche. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the sauce over the pasta
Put into the over at 425f for about 20 minutes
Take the pasta dish out of the oven and put the shredded cheese on top
Cook the pasta in the oven until the top starts to brown (about 10 minutes)
